If a permitted driver has points on their licence, they will need to be disclosed at the time of application. If the driver's licence has been endorsed during the lease agreement, you will need to inform RSA Motability (RSAM) immediately. Failure to do so may be considered a breach of lease agreement terms and conditions and RSAM may repudiate any claim where there has been a failure to disclose a change in a permitted drivers details. Upon notification of any change in risk RSAM will confirm if cover can continue for the affected driver.
