  1. What do I need with me when I take delivery of my new scooter or powered wheelchair?

    When you take delivery of (or collect) your new scooter or powered wheelchair, you will need to have your PIN with you. Your PIN is sent to you with your acceptance letter when your Motability Scheme application has been approved. The PIN can be found in two places within the documents sent to you:

    - On the letter headed 'Important confidential information'

    - On a form headed 'Authority to enter pin on behalf of customer' If you can't find your PIN, please contact our Customer Services team.
