If you have any mechanical issues with your WAV, you will need to contact either your WAV supplier or your managing dealer, depending on the nature of the issue.

If the problem is with an aspect of the vehicle’s conversion, such as wheelchair tiedowns lift, ramp or winch, it will need to be discussed with the WAV supplier. If the issue is with an element of the base vehicle that has been converted, such as the engine or transmission, it will need to be reported to your managing dealer.

Any repair that is caused by either general wear and tear or mechanical fault is covered. At the start of your lease, we will notify you of the contact details for your managing dealership, and your WAV supplier will ensure that you have their details too.
