Only one named driver under 21 is permitted on your Certificate of Motor Insurance. This could be the disabled customer, or another driver living at the same address. Unless they are the customer, drivers under 21 must hold a full driving licence. In addition, drivers aged under 25 are restricted to cars with an ABI Insurance Group 16 or lower and with a power output of 120 brake horsepower or less. For further information you can also contact RSA Motability.
