If you have any mechanical issues with your vehicle, you will need to contact either your WAV supplier or your managing dealer, depending on the nature of the issue.

If the issue is with an element of the base vehicle that has been converted, such as the engine or transmission it will also need to be reported to your managing dealer.

If the problem is with an aspect of the vehicle’s conversion, such as wheelchair tiedowns, ramp, lift or a winch, it will need to be discussed with the WAV supplier. Any repair that is caused by either general wear and tear or mechanical fault is covered as part of your leasing package. Before you first collect your WAV, we will provide you with the contact details for the dealer who will support you throughout your lease.

If you are in any doubt of who to call, your first contact should be to your WAV converter.
