New service launched for deaf customers

If you are deaf or hard of hearing and would like to get in touch with us through signing, you can contact the Customer Services team using our new Video Relay Service.

The Video Relay Service will connect you to an online British Sign Language interpreter in just one click. You can sign to the interpreter, who will then speak to one of our Customer Services advisors in real time, providing details of your query. You will need a webcam to use this service.

Whether you have a query about the Scheme or about your leasing agreement, the Video Relay Service means you can seek advice and support with instant access to a British Sign Language interpreter between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday.
