If you have any mechanical issues with your WAV, you will need to contact either your WAV supplier or your managing dealer, depending on the nature of the issue.
If the problem is with an aspect of the vehicle’s conversion, such as wheelchair ties downs or a winch, it will need to be discussed with the WAV supplier. If the issue is with an element of the base vehicle that has been converted, such as the engine or transmission, it will need to be reported to your managing dealer.
Any repair that is caused by either general wear or mechanical fault is covered. At the start of your lease your WAV supplier will provide you with their contact details and those of your managing dealer.
