Notification of a customer passing away
We understand it may be difficult for you to call us to let us know that someone has passed away, so if you need to contact us for this reason please complete the form below.
We will then be in touch within three working days to discuss the next steps for ending the lease agreement and arranging for the return of the car. You will also need to contact the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
If you are using the Government's 'Tell Us Once' service to notify organisations such as the DWP and DVLA, you must let us know first so that we can ensure named drivers can continue using the vehicle until it is returned.
