Get your vehicle repaired and get back on the road
As your vehicle is drivable, we recommend you try to arrange for your car to be repaired at a time when you have the least commitments.
It's best to rearrange non-essential appointments and let family, friends or carers know if you need support while your vehicle is unavailable.
If you do not need to use replacement travel, you’ll be eligible for ‘loss of use' benefits. You can speak to us once your car has been returned, to arrange this.
Need a replacement while it’s being repaired?
If you still need one, let your dealer know. They’ll arrange to give you one of their courtesy cars.
Or they’ll ask for a hire car for you, then our RAC team will call you to arrange it. Please make sure the dealer has all your up to date contact details.
