If you notice any damage that was there before you got your hire car, please report it within two hours by calling your local Switch branch using the phone number in your paperwork, email or text message, or you can find your nearest branch on the Switch website(opens in a new window).
Call the breakdown company linked to the vehicle. You'll find their details on the vehicle key fob or inside the information pack you got when you took the vehicle.
