If your car has broken down or is not drivable because of an accident, please call the RAC on 0800 731 1173 and let them know you're in a Proximo hire car.

Had an accident?

Once you’re in a safe place, let Promixo know. You can call them on 0808 161 7099. They’ll tell you what to do next.

If you’ve broken down, the RAC will try to fix the issue at the roadside. If they need to take your car to the garage, they’ll speak to Proximo to arrange other replacement travel for you.
