While your insurance repairs happen

If your car is at a repairer as part of an insurance claim, they'll try to give you one of their courtesy cars until your car is fixed, for up to three months.

Or our insurance provider will contact you to discuss alternatives if a suitable replacement vehicle is not available.

If your car has been stolen

You’ll need to give extra information, like a Crime Reference Number.
