DLM will arrange replacement travel for you
They’ll arrange for a repairer to contact you first. Then they'll try to give you one of their courtesy cars until your car is fixed. You can use this for up to three months.
If a suitable replacement vehicle is not available
Our insurance provider will contact you to talk about alternatives.
If your car has been stolen
You’ll need to give some extra information, like a Crime Reference Number.
