We recommend you arrange for your car to be repaired at a time when you have the least commitments.
It's best to rearrange non-essential appointments and let family, friends or carers know if you need support while your vehicle is unavailable.
If you do not need to use replacement travel, you’ll be eligible for ‘loss of use' benefits. You can speak to us once your car has been returned, to arrange this.
