Rt Hon Mike Penning, Minister of State for Disabled People, and MP for Hemel Hempstead, presented the keys of a new Motability car to his constituent Robert Pollock on Thursday 10 April. The presentation took place at Palmers Peugeot Hemel, Pennine Way, Hemel Hempstead.
