  1. What happens if I am finding it too expensive to run a car?

    If you are finding your vehicle too expensive to run, we would advise you take time to estimate all the likely costs of alternative transport, e.g. taxis, before you consider ending your lease agreement with Motability Operations Ltd.

    We have tips to help you drive in a greener, more environmentally-conscious way to help you improve fuel efficiency and reduce your fuel costs. Unless you frequently use your car to travel long distances, changing cars is unlikely to significantly impact your running costs.

    You can only cancel your agreement if you have particular reasons such as a significant change in your condition. You may also be asked to pay a fee of up to £250, and will not be eligible for a Good condition bonus.
