  1. What happens if I feel I am not getting benefit from the car?

    If you feel you are not getting benefit from your car, you should think carefully about how you would keep mobile without a Scheme vehicle.

    Not all customers drive themselves; two named drivers are included in your lease so someone could drive the car for you.

    If there is a valid reason for cancelling your lease agreement early you will need to call us to discuss this. You will be asked to pay an administration fee of up to £250 and you will not be eligible for a Good Condition Bonus. Please be aware that your eligibility for the Motability Scheme may be affected if you cancel your agreement more than three times in any seven year period.
