If you’ve been given a fine or your vehicle has been seized, here’s what to do.

If you get a fine

It's in your terms with us that you’ll need to pay any parking or traffic fines.

If you want to challenge the fine, follow the guidelines on the fine notice.


If your vehicle is seized

If your vehicle has been removed or towed away, contact our customer services team on 0300 456 4566 or speak to us using web messenger.

We’ll look at each case on an individual basis.
