Notification of a customer passing away
We understand it might be difficult for you to call us and let us know someone has passed away. If you need to contact us for this reason, you can use this form instead.
We'll then be in touch within three working days to discuss the next steps for ending the lease agreement and arranging the return of the car. You'll also need to contact the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
If you're using the Government's 'Tell Us Once' service to notify organisations like the DWP and DVLA, tick the box at the end of the form so we can make sure your drivers can continue using the vehicle until it's returned.
