Which countries can I take my car to?
You can take your Motability Scheme car to countries on the list below. If you take your car abroad to a country not listed, you will be liable for any additional costs.
You can take your car abroad for up to 90 days at a time, as long as you have a valid VE103 certificate from RAC or your hire car provider.
The list on this page is the only official list of countries where you can take your Motability Scheme car and continue to receive the all-inclusive package. If there is any difference between this list and any other document you receive, please follow the list on this page.
When you collect your car, you'll also receive an insurance booklet from Direct Line Motability. When you request a VE103 you’ll get a travel abroad booklet from RAC. These are standard documents and may include countries that are not on this list.
We've chosen the countries on this list because they're where we know we can provide the level of support included in your lease package. If you take your vehicle outside of these countries, you will be liable for any recovery costs.
