If you wish to make an appeal (a request to rejoin the Scheme and/or are providing further information following an action or decision) please complete the form below.

Motability’s Appeals Team can consider an appeal if you:

  • are appealing to be permitted to take an agreement on the Scheme (this may be that you are a new customer or you are looking to return to the Scheme following a previous termination)
  • have received a termination notice from Motability Operations Ltd.

If you wish to submit an appeal to the team please complete and submit the below form. The circumstances of your case will be examined and the team will advise you of its decision as quickly as possible.
