WAV stands for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle. This means you can travel in the vehicle while seat in your wheelchair

What happens if me or my passenger is injured in an accident? 

Contact our insurance provider. If it was not your fault, you're entitled to legal expenses cover.

They'll instruct a solicitor on your behalf at no cost to you and they'll deal with the claim for compensation.

Passengers are entitled to the same legal expenses cover no matter whose fault the accident is.
