    Can I change my mind after I have made a car application?

    If you have placed an order for your car through a Motability Scheme dealer and have since changed your mind you must speak to the dealer directly to discuss changing or cancelling the application. Please note that your dealer may charge a cancellation fee in these situations.

    Ongoing challenges in the motoring industry are also leading to a shortage of new cars at this time and this is expected to continue into 2022. Before you place an order, it is worth checking with the dealership if the car you are interested in is in stock or whether it will need to be ordered from the manufacturer, which may well mean a delay. A comparable car from a different manufacturer may be available sooner.
