    Can I change my mind after I have made a car application?

    If you have placed an order for your car through a Motability Scheme dealer and have since changed your mind you must speak to the dealer directly to discuss changing or cancelling the application. Please note that your dealer may charge a cancellation fee in these situations.

    Please note that ongoing challenges in the global motoring industry are leading to supply issues and a shortage of new cars at this time, and this is expected to continue for the foreseeable future. If you are ordering a different car on the Scheme, please ensure you are aware of the timescales for the replacement car you are considering.
