How long will it take to get my new vehicle?

The time it takes to get your vehicle depends on the manufacturer and model you order.

At the moment, there are also some supply issues and a shortage of new cars. This will probably carry on for the foreseeable future.

When you choose your vehicle

You might find ordering from a different manufacturer means you’ll get it faster.

After you apply

Stay in touch with your dealer or supplier. They should let you know if there are any unexpected delays and will contact you once your vehicle is ready.

If you’ve already got a Scheme vehicle

You cannot pick your new vehicle up until after the end date of your current agreement.

If you've ordered but you want to cancel or change your order

Get in touch with your dealer or supplier. You might be charged a fee.
