What do I need to take when I collect my car, and can someone collect it for me?

When you collect your new car, you need to be there even if you will not be driving it.

You'll need to take your PIN with you to sign for the car and the driving licence of all drivers. You must not give your PIN to anyone.

You can see your PIN in your Motability Scheme online account and we'll send this to you in a letter.

If you have an appointee

They'll need to pick up the car for you.

If you need to delay the collection, speak to your dealer.
