Fines and seizures
Here’s what to do if you get a fine or your product is seized.
If you’re fined
You’ll need to pay any parking or traffic fines. This is in your terms with us.
The notice will tell you what to do if you decide to challenge the fine.
If your product is seized
Contact our customer services team on 0300 456 4566 or speak to us using web messenger if your product has been removed or towed away.
We’ll look at each case individually.
