In order to be eligible you must get one of the qualifying mobility allowances, with at least 12 months left.

What if my allowance is not listed?

You cannot apply to join the Scheme if you receive a lower rate or component of the mobility allowance or if you receive Attendance Allowance, Carer’s Allowance or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA).

Speak to your allowance provider if you think you could be eligible for one of the qualifying mobility allowances.

If you do not currently get an allowance but you need some extra support, you can contact the allowance providers or speak to Citizens Advice.
