Together, the Scheme and our customers support more than 34,000 jobs in communities across the UK, from the people building cars and converting Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVWheelchair Accessible Vehicles), to the dealers helping customers find the right vehicle.
It means customers’ mobility allowances do more than help keep people moving. They also help support jobs, skills and communities across the UK.

Supported by partners across the UK
Behind the Scheme is a network of partners across the UK, helping customers choose the right vehicle and supporting them throughout their lease. All playing an important role in keeping our customers moving.
More than 3,000 Motability Scheme dealer showrooms across the UK help customers find the right car, arrange test drives and provide support throughout their lease. And WAVWheelchair Accessible Vehicles are converted in the UK by one of our partners, who can offer home demonstrations and help customers find a vehicle that meets their individual needs.
We also work with around 300 powered wheelchair and scooter dealers across the UK, helping customers find the right mobility solution for them.
Our partners are there throughout your lease too, providing the all-inclusive package of insurance, breakdown support and maintenance.
Together, these partners provide local support to customers while supporting jobs, skills and businesses in communities across the UK.
Your mobility, with a wider impact
Choosing the right vehicle for you will always come first.
But behind every Scheme vehicle is a much bigger network of people helping to keep customers moving. Together, the Scheme and its customers support more than 34,000 UK jobs, helping to sustain skills, businesses and communities across the country.
So, whether your vehicle was built here, converted here or supported by one of our thousands of dealers, your mobility allowance is helping to make an impact beyond your own mobility.
