Scheme news | 01 July 2026
Our July to September price list is now live. This quarter, you can choose from a wide range of vehicles, including more than 70 options with a no or low Advance Payment.
We’ve worked hard to protect affordable options this quarter. Changes in the automotive industry, supply issues, and the introduction of VAT and IPT in the Government’s Autumn Budget last year have all increased the cost of running the Scheme. We've made changes to help absorb most of these costs, but you may still notice some Advance Payments are higher.
Every lease still comes with our all inclusive package. This means insurance, servicing, maintenance and breakdown cover are all included in your lease. It's the package our customers rely on, and one we've worked hard to protect.
If you're looking for a new car on the Scheme, the price you see already includes 20% VAT. If you're looking for a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAVWheelchair Accessible Vehicle), you may qualify for VAT relief. That's why WAVWheelchair Accessible Vehicle prices are shown at 0% VAT. Your converter will talk you through this when you order your vehicle.

If you place a new order on or after 1 July 2026, you'll still get our all-inclusive lease package. It will also include these changes:
If you already have a lease with us nothing changes, these updates apply to new orders on or after 1 July.
These changes will not apply from 1 July 2026 if you get your allowance from Social Security Scotland. We'll contact these customers once we've agreed with the Scottish Government what changes will be introduced and when.
We know some customers have more to consider when choosing their next vehicle this quarter. We're here to help you understand your options and find a solution that works for your needs.
There are plenty of affordable options available this quarter, including popular SUVs like the Nissan Juke and Kia Sportage. There are also over 30 vehicles with no Advance Payment.
You can use our Find a Vehicle tool to search based on what matters most to you. Or use our EV for Me toolkit to get personalised electric vehicle recommendations.
Did you know? If you can charge at home, you could save around £377 a year1 by choosing an electric vehicle, compared to running an equivalent petrol car.
We’ll continue making sure the Scheme offers a lease package you can rely on. By making changes now, we can protect the Scheme for the future and keep supporting you with the mobility you rely on.

Our next price list will be available from 1 October 2026. Prices can go up or down.
1Savings of £377 are based on 5,000 annual miles and charging at home on a Standard Variable Tariff at 26.11p/kWh based on Ofgem's current price cap, with an electric vehicle achieving 3.5 miles per kWh. This is compared to an equivalent petrol car achieving 50 miles per gallon with petrol at £1.56 per litre (June 2026 average. Source: RAC Fuel Watch). Actual savings will vary based on your individual mileage, your vehicle's efficiency, electricity and fuel prices at time of use, charging location (home versus public charging), driving conditions and style. Public rapid charging typically costs 60-80p per kWh and will reduce savings. Prices and savings correct as of June 2026 and subject to change. Full methodology available on request.
Prices and features of car models shown are correct at the time of printing and may be subject to adjustments or withdrawal in the event of any changes taking place which affect the cost of provision of the lease agreement. The wider car market is experiencing longer delivery times and availability issues with some makes and models and customers are advised to discuss this with their dealer at the point of application. Prices shown are valid for recipients of the HRMC of the DLA, and ERMC of PIP making an application between 01/07/2026 and 31/09/2026, but may be subject to change. Customers are advised to check any specifically required vehicle features with their dealer at the point of application. All vehicles shown are for illustrative purposes only.
