    How do you issue payments and refunds?

    There are two ways that we can issue payments or refunds to customers. If you have updated your bank details within your Motability Scheme online account, we will automatically send any payments that you are entitled to by bank transfer. If you have not entered your bank details, we will send payments by cheque instead.
