I have lost my PIN, can I get another one?
If you have more than two weeks to go, please call our Customer Services team on 0300 456 4566 and we can post a new PIN to you.
If you have less than two weeks to go, please let your dealer know in advance. They will be able to access your PIN if you can remember the password you gave them when you placed your order. Alternatively they will need to give us a call when you are present and go through a number of security questions.
You can also access your PIN by creating a Motability Scheme online account. Find out more about the online account here
