    I have lost my PIN, can I get another one?

    If you are a car or WAV customer and have lost your PIN, you can easily access it by creating a Motability Scheme online account.

    Alternatively, if you can't create an account but have more than two weeks to go until you collect your vehicle, please call our Customer Services team on 0300 456 4566 and we can post a new PIN to you.

    If you have less than two weeks to go, please let your dealer know in advance. They will be able to access your PIN if you can remember the password you gave them when you placed your order. Alternatively they will need to give us a call when you are present and go through a number of security questions.
