My adaptation is not working. Who can I speak to?  

If an adaptation is not working, the adaptations installer who fitted the adaptation is the best person to talk to. All routine repairs are included in the cost of your lease.

If damage is caused by an accident, please register a claim with Direct Line Motability (DLM).
