What is a PIN?

A PIN, or ‘Personal Identification Number’, is a unique number sent to you with your acceptance letter. You can also access your PIN in your Motability Scheme online account.

When you collect your vehicle, you’ll need to enter your PIN to confirm you accept the terms and conditions of your lease agreement. It’s important you do not give anyone your PIN.
