When will I get my insurance documents?

After you get your vehicle, we'll send you all your insurance documents.

If you make a temporary change of drivers during your lease, you can see this in your online account. Or we can email or post you a cover note, but it might take up to five working days to arrive in the post.

If you make a permanent change of drivers, we'll send you a new full set of insurance documents. This can take up to 10 working days to arrive in the post.

If you need a replacement or duplicate set of documents, you can download and save a copy in the ‘Insurance cover’ section on your Motability Scheme online account. You can also contact our insurance provider to ask for a set.
