Your individual trip score shows how well you drove for a specific journey. It can be green, amber, or red. And is based on your driving behaviour like speed, cornering, braking and acceleration. It also looks at usage, but this does not affect your weekly score.
Your weekly score gives you a full picture of your driving. It combines all your trips across the week and gives more weight to longer journeys.
For example, a high score on a longer trip will have more impact than a lower score on a short one.
Your weekly score is the one that matters most, as it affects your rewards. It’s still useful to check your individual trips to see where you can improve.
If you get a one-off red trip, do not worry. If you get a weekly red score, we recommend looking at the feedback and tips shared in the app to see how you can improve.
