I’ve lost my PIN. How do I get a new one?
If you have a car or WAVWheelchair Accessible Vehicle on the Motability Scheme, you can see your PIN in your Motability Scheme online account.
If you cannot create an account and have more than two weeks to go until you collect your vehicle, please call our customer services team on 0300 456 4566 and we'll post you a new PIN.
If you have less than two weeks to go, contact your dealer and they'll be able to help you.
