How do home collections work?

If you decide you do not want to lease another vehicle at the end of your lease, you might have arranged a home collection with us.

We use a company to do this. Call us on 0300 456 4566 and we’ll arrange for them to collect it from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. You’ll get a text 48 hours before the collection date, as a reminder.

What if my vehicle is not driveable?

They can collect it on a transporter instead. If it’s damaged but still drivable, see what you should and should not repair first.

What if I find keys or items later?

Please post anything you find to:

Motability Operations
PO Box 311
Bristol
BS16 0BB

If you left personal items in the vehicle

Please call us on 0300 456 4566 and we’ll try to help.
