Adding a contact to speak on your behalf

Data protection rules mean we’re unable discuss to your agreement with anyone other than yourself unless the person is named as a ‘nominee’ on your agreement. You can add a new contact to your agreement at any time by completing the nominee form. Will download a resource(PDF 43KB)

Why you may want to add a new contact ('nominee')

Every day we receive a number of calls from friends or family members of our customers who, due to unforeseen circumstances, need to speak to us about a customer’s lease. Unfortunately, because of data protection rules, we’re unable to talk to them unless you’ve given us your consent previously.

To help prevent this becoming an issue, you can add a new contact, or nominee, to your agreement.  An appointed nominee may speak and make changes to your lease agreement on your behalf, including:

How to add a new contact

Both you and your new contact will need to complete our form below. You can either complete and sign it electronically, send in a scanned version by email or simply print and post it back to us. All instructions are provided on the form itself.

Please note it may take up to five working days to set up a nominee on the account. For extra security you’ll be asked to create a password which they can use when they call.
