With a Motability Scheme online account you can sign in at any time to check important details about your lease, make changes to some of your key information and track the progress of a recent Scheme application. You can also save your bank details in your account to receive any future payments or refunds by bank transfer.
If you are an existing customer and are ready to order your next car on the Scheme, you can sign in to your account and start your application from home (starting an application within the account is currently only available to customers without an appointee).
The Motability Scheme online account will be inaccessible on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 October for a routine system upgrade. Service will resume on Monday.
Please note that the Motability Scheme online account is currently only available for car or WAV customers.
