Can I add adaptations during my lease?

You can, if you have the right insurance.

It’s always best to order any adaptations when you order a new vehicle.

Not every adaptation is compatible with every car, so it's important you find a vehicle that's compatible with the adaptations you need.

Before you add adaptations during your lease

You’ll need to contact our customer services team and our insurance provider first, to check you have the right insurance.

Then talk to a Motability Scheme adaptations installer about any adaptations you want to add.

You'll need to pay any costs directly to them.
