What happens if the customer passes away?

We understand it can be difficult and challenging when someone passes away.

Let us know before you use 'Tell Us Once'

The Government has a ‘Tell Us Once’ service where you can let lots of government organisations know in one go, like the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

If you want to use this service, you need tell us first so we can make sure any drivers can keep using the vehicle until it's given back.

We usually let you keep using the vehicle for up to two weeks. After this, you can drop it off or we can arrange to pick it up.
