  1. Does the product have to be kept at my address?

    The product does not need to be stored at your home address, however the scooter should only be used by the disabled person.

    It is a requirement of our insurance policy that you secure your scooter or powered wheelchair appropriately when it is left unattended. You should lock and secure your product to a fixture such as a fence, railing or in a locked garage wherever and whenever you are not not using it. This includes secure overnight storage. If you have any concerns about how to secure your scooter please speak to your dealer.
