    The 'New European Drive Cycle' (NEDC) tests used to calculate an mpg figure for each vehicle are carried out in test conditions. Although the mpg can be used as a guide to help you compare cars, the actual mpg each car achieves in real world driving is likely to be lower than the official figure.
