Who should I speak to about my WAV?

If you have any mechanical issues with your vehicle, you should contact your WAV supplier. Depending on the nature of the issue the vehicle manufacturer's local dealer (which may be referred to as your managing dealer) may need to be informed, but the WAV supplier will be able to advise you on this. For example if the issue is with an element of the base vehicle that has not been converted, such as the engine or transmission, the vehicle manufacturer's local dealer will need to be informed.

If the problem is with an aspect of the vehicle’s conversion, such as wheelchair tiedowns, ramp, lift or a winch, it will need to be discussed with the WAV supplier. Any repair that is caused by either general wear and tear or mechanical fault is covered as part of your leasing package.

If you are in any doubt of who to call, your first contact should be to your WAV supplier.
